How we work – three projects up close
Budapest, Lövölde tér – full renovation of a period apartment
We renovated this classic period apartment in full, from the demolition works to the turnkey handover. Completely new plumbing, heating and electrical systems, an electricity meter upgraded to the current standard, a new flue for a condensing gas boiler and modern radiator heating.
The old windows were replaced with triple-glazed uPVC windows, white inside and out, with electric shading. A new plasterboard suspended ceiling prepared for concealed LED lighting, a new floor build-up, tiling and flooring, painting and internal doors – handed over ready to move into.
Érd – turnkey, two-storey family house
Full turnkey construction of a two-storey family house of more than 200 m². 30 cm Porotherm masonry with 10 cm graphite façade insulation, reinforced concrete floor slabs and a flat roof. Complete building services with a heat-pump heating and cooling system, prepared for solar panels and an electric car charger.
The building takes its character from steel pergolas, decorative beams and the projecting "brim" that runs around the roof line with integrated LED lighting. Foundations adapted to the rocky ground and a soakaway system built to local regulations were also part of the job.
Solymár – partial renovation of an apartment
We remodelled the home of a young married couple: the aim was a more modern, brighter and more functional living space. The core of the existing heating system and the external windows and doors were kept, yet the interior of the property was renewed almost completely, with modern technical solutions and premium materials.
We fully modernised the electrical installation, fitted new internal doors, and refinished every wall and ceiling surface. The bathroom and the other wet rooms were renovated in full, and new flooring and air conditioning were installed as well. The most striking feature of the apartment is the bespoke plasterboard suspended ceiling with concealed LED lighting – a clean-lined, lasting home that suits the owners' long-term needs.
