The point of general contracting is that we carry the risk, not you. We write these three commitments into every contract – for renovations and house building alike.

The itemised cost estimate is part of the contract
After the survey you receive an itemised, detailed cost estimate, which becomes an annex to the contract.
- We do not ask for more afterwards for anything included in the specification set out in the contract – only a change you request alters the price, and that too is agreed in advance, in writing.

Fixed deadline, to a schedule
The lead time we commit to – typically 4–16 weeks for an apartment renovation, 8–16 months for a brick/YTONG house, 4–6 months for a SIP panel house – is set out in the contract, and we work to a schedule.
- One project manager is responsible for coordinating the trades, so the work does not stop because “the plumber didn't turn up”.

One party responsible, contractual warranty
One contract, one contact person, one warranty provider.
- If there is a problem in any trade, you do not have to find out who is at fault – we fix it.
- Our Complaint-Free Construction Certificate (AAA) shows that we have been working this way for a long time.
Being honest about the survey fee: in Budapest the on-site condition survey costs HUF 10,000 + VAT, which we credit back in full when you sign the contract.

House building
Two technologies – one contractor
We do not believe that a single technology suits everyone. That is why we do both to a high standard, and tell you honestly when each one is worth it. We offer an online price calculator for both building methods – plan and browse without any obligation.
Brick / YTONG masonry
The most widespread, proven building method in Hungary. Clay block (Porotherm) or aerated concrete (YTONG) walls, cast-in-place or precast floor slabs, insulated façade. Long service life, excellent thermal mass, a wide choice of materials.

The price of a full apartment renovation depends on the scope of work; we give you the exact figure after an on-site survey, in an itemised, detailed cost estimate. The survey fee in Budapest is HUF 10,000 + VAT, which we credit back when you sign the contract.
How much does house building cost with TeleHome?
We build turnkey family homes with traditional (brick/YTONG) technology from net HUF 550,000/m², and with SIP panel technology from net HUF 500,000/m², with a fixed specification. The price is refined on the basis of the plans and the package you choose.
What is the difference between a brick house and a SIP panel house?
A brick/YTONG house is traditional masonry construction: long service life, high thermal mass, an 8–16 month build. A SIP panel house is built from prefabricated, MgO-faced panels with a graphite EPS core: passive-house-level insulation (U ≤ 0.11 W/m²K) and a turnkey build in 4–6 months.
