You are entitled to access our website without providing any personal data. When you request a quote or contact us, the purpose of processing is to prepare a quotation and to take steps prior to entering into a contract; the data required for this is always indicated. If you do not wish to provide this data, the function concerned (e.g. the quote request form) cannot be used.
2. Categories of personal data processed
- Surname, first name; for companies, the company name and the name of the contact person
- Home address, postal address; for companies, the registered office
- Details of the property or plot to be renovated / built on (address, floor area, attached drawings, photos)
- E-mail address, telephone number
- System information (IP address, browser, screen resolution, statistics of the pages viewed on the website)

4. Data transfers and data processors
The Controller may transfer the data it processes – to the extent necessary – to persons and companies designated by it that operate in the following areas: data processing, legal representation, bodies authorised by law to handle legal disputes, delivery, bookkeeping, debt collection, marketing and invoicing.

6. Data of minors
The content of our website is not directed at minors under the age of 16. We do not process or collect personal data about children under 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

Controller: the party that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Processor: the party that processes personal data on behalf of the controller. Consent: any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes.
Effective from 23 September 2026. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy; the current version is always available on this page. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version of this Policy prevails.
